Meet Susan
Susan Smith is a Tarrant County family law attorney who understands the emotional complexities of divorces and custody disputes. Because every family is different, no two cases are alike. She has the patience, skill, and attention to detail necessary to make sure that each family’s needs are met, whether it’s in or out of court.
She loves helping families navigate the sticky issues that arise in divorce, custody modifications, enforcements, paternity/parentage suits, and other family law litigation. Susan is definitely most at home in the courtroom, but she believes that sometimes the best results are reached when the parties themselves have a voice in the outcome.
When Susan isn’t lawyering, she’s likely chasing one/some/all of her two children, one dog, two cats, and three chickens. She loves camping, archeology, and other involved things that she almost never has time to do.
